The Ministry of Health and Home Front Command, direct Rambam to open the Fortified Underground Emergency Hospital.

Thousands of hospital staff have mobilized and are working intensively to prepare the underground hospital's infrastructure for full operations.

Patients are already being transferred from unfortified aboveground facilities to the underground emergency hospital.

Air-raid sirens are heard and Rambam staff and visitors seek shelter in fortified areas across the campus.
