​Eyal Ofer Heart Hospital

June 2022 saw the opening of the ultramodern, world-class Eyal Ofer Heart Hospital. The hospital, with state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratories, advanced noninvasive imaging equipment, and sophisticated biometric monitoring, cares for patients with life-threatening cardiac disorders.

 

Rambam's multi-disciplinary cardiac team performs a broad spectrum of complex cardiac treatments, procedures and interventions, including; invasive procedures, surgeries, and rehabilitation on cardiac patients from Northern Israel – all under one roof. 

 

GROUND FLOOR

 

The ground floor is a high-traffic patient and visitor location.  Outpatient clinics perform a diverse spectrum of pre- and post-interventional diagnostics, primary and secondary prevention, behavioral and pharmacological interventions, and thorough patient follow-up.

 

The stylish, comfortable, and impressive Rivka Devidas Lobby and Reception Lounge receives patients and their families in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.  The Levine Family Electrophysiology Unit has a worldwide reputation for excellence in evaluation and treatment of patients with cardiac arrhythmias. FLOORS ONE & TWO

 

The Frania Goldhar Department of Intensive Cardiac Care, on the first floor, is an interdisciplinary environment providing round-the-clock care to critically ill adults. Glass-walled, private patient rooms are in full view of the medical teams and facilitate constant and continuous observation.

 

The D. Dan & Betty Kahn Foundation Center for Interventional Cardiology on the second floor provides world-class coronary diagnostic and treatment interventions. Three/Four catheterization laboratories are equipped with advanced technology and systems designed to enhance the accuracy and accessibility of data. Each laboratory features radiation-lowering equipment, ensuring patient and staff safety.

 

The ground floor and floors one and two, are fully fortified against conventional and unconventional warfare.

 

FLOORS THREE, FOUR & FIVE 

 

The D. Dan & Betty Kahn Foundation Center for Interventional Cardiology, The Teri and Barry Volpert Cardiac Imaging Center, and The Cardiac Rehabilitation Center are close to completion. 

 

FLOOR SIX

 

The Patricia & Albert Frank Family Cardiology Inpatient Department, with twenty-four beds in thirteen private and semi-private rooms, and the four-roomed, eight-bed Salah Dabah Hospitalization Area, on the sixth floor, provide the highest level of inpatient care.

 

FUTURE PLANS

 

Plans for a heart failure clinic on the seventh floor and on the eighth floor are in place.
